Andrés Lema – Sanz Guerrero

Mr. Andrés Lema – Sanz Guerrero is a dual-qualified French and Bolivian lawyer experienced in construction disputes, as well as investment and commercial arbitration. Andrés is regularly involved in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL. He also intervenes in post-arbitration judicial proceedings before the French courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrés worked at the worldly renowned international arbitration practice of a prominent American law firm in Paris. As part of a secondment, he worked in the contracts team of a leading Spanish construction company in a landmark oil & gas project in the Middle East. Previously, he trained at the international arbitration practice of an American-British law firm in Paris.
