Professional background
Daniela Brito is a Member of the Bars of Chile and Ecuador and focuses her practice on public international law and international arbitration.
She is regularly involved in international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL and the ICC.
Prior to joining our firm, Daniela worked in the international arbitration teams of other renowned international law firms in Paris, London and Milan, as well as in the litigation department of a Latin American law firm where she also provided consultancy services to the Ecuadorian State on legislative projects.
