Ms. Erika Fernández Lozada is a Venezuelan lawyer specializing in international investment and commercial arbitration.
Ms. Fernández Lozada joined the firm’s Caracas office after serving as Coordinator of International Litigation of Venezuela’s Attorney General Office where she supervised and coordinated the defence of the State in several investment and commercial cases under the auspices of ICSID, the ICC and the PCA, among other institutions.
She also held various positions within the Venezuelan judiciary, including the Supreme Court of Justice and has notable experience in constitutional and administrative law and litigation.
